froMOS offers a wide spectrum parts produced by different production processes in metalworking industry of China, as ell as plastic parts too. The manufacturing is made in a series production on base of customers drawings or examples.

The main focus is to act as supllier for automotive industry.

In sintermetal part production

The offered spectrum of sintermetal parts includes engine parts, like gears, engine pulleys and rotors, power transfer systems, like ABS rings, synchronizer gears and rings, transmission pins, stearing systems, like side plates and cam plate, oil pump parts, compressor components and other formed parts in the precision manufacturing.

For forging parts froMOS cooperates with Chinese suppliers, that have product-lines for  1600, 630 and 400 tons press capacity . For different sub-fields a lot of experiences exist, suh as connecting componnts, for railway components, diferent pump parts, compressor-components and  cranks.   

For cold-flow pessing parts, like tube connector elements, bolts, thread anchors, distance rings and others well suited.

In the field of CNC bending and stamping we produce parts like ball heads, roof railing components, bearing foos (. for trailers) an as  combined stempig- and bending part also hinges and other joints.
